DOWNPIPE TOP SECTIONS
When we are replacing old and rusty gutters we often find that the downpipe top sections that reside inside the eaves will need to be replaced. As shown these downpipe top sections also become rusty overtime and can leak causing eaves and ceiling damage.
STANDARD FASCIA
Fascia's are rarely changed as they can last the life of the house, however on the coast they corrode a lot quicker due to salt damage, also fascia's corrode more often when rusty leaking gutters are left on top to spread the corrosion further. We recommend inspecting fascia's when replacing gutters and downpipes.
LEAF GUARD
